Iain O'Hare

Iain, our Personal Trainer has over 17 years in the fitness industry and has qualifications which include:

Iain has also recently been a coach for the Scottish Taekwondo's-Do and competes in the NationalTeam for Taekwon-Do, and British team for Kickboxing. competing all over the word he has developed many different training techniques which he looks to introduce to his clients.

Megan O'Hare

Megan, our only female personal trainer, has fantastic experience, working with all ages, abilities and fitness levels, not only does Megan take 1-on-1 PT seasons, but Megan also takes a range of our fitness classes.
